MID009 - RAW NERVES "FUTILE EFFORTS" LP

Raw Nerves are back with a new vocalist and their most refined set of songs. Raw Nerves sound has been compared to early hardcore like THE FIX and NEGATIVE APPROACH and influences from the ’90′s like, CITIZEN’S ARREST, BORN AGAINST, and RORSCACH. While we agree with this assessment, we also think Raw Nerves has created something all their own—a sound that is at once current and immediate. Put most simply, you can hear the years of touring and progression of past releases (multiple 7”s, an LP and a split with ACTS OF SEDITION) coalescing into a fully realized release that’s full of hooks and great songwriting. Futile Efforts was recorded at Buzz or Howl studios with Stan Wright (ARCTIC FLOWERS, SIGNAL LOST, DEATHREAT) and mastered by FROM ASHES RISE frontman, Brad Boatright, at Audiosiege (TRAGEDY, MASSAKARI).
